This program is excellent. It is very thorough, providing many examples to increase understanding. It is very enlightening as I have functioned in practice in a certain way for a long time, and this presents a refreshing new approach that engages patients. I am very impressed with the high quality of the evidence-based content, and the breadth and depth of the courseware itself. The variety of modalities available is also impressive, enabling students with various learning needs and styles to access content through audio, video, live participation, and text, including a wide range of conceptual application exercises, checklists, summaries, etc. I've found this website and the registration process to be highly reliable, as well -- never had any glitches or operational issues which seems unusually wonderful, considering most platforms. When I have had questions, I've received immediate and timely responses the next day -- customer service is fabulous! The one thing that would be very helpful would be the ability to print some of the online text, as it gets tiring and ergonomically taxing having to read such lengthy content online. I must say, however, I believe this course is a great value and I'm very grateful to have found it. Big thanks!National Society of Health Coaches Response
