I hired ************** to fix a roof leak for me. They quoted me $******. Came to my residence put on one small piece of flashing and a little caulk. The entire visit was around 15 minutes. The person who quoted my job promised a lot more work to be done than the crew that came out to fix the issue. The next time it rained the leak was back. I called ************** to come back and was told that they would need to file this under warranty with them since the guaranteed their work for 1 year. It took 3 weeks for someone to call me back and to come back out. It additionally rained during this time and the leak was still present. A new crew came out. Stood on the ground and never got up on the roof to physically look for the leak. The same as the first crew. No one ever got on the roof and looked at the areas that I pointed out where I thought the leak may be. The crew told me they had no idea what to do and was going to go talk to the boss. Over a week went by and I still did not hear anything. I called the office, expressed my dissatisfaction. I requested a refund from the person on the phone and she told me the owner would call me. He did call me that afternoon and promised to come out and look at the issue the next week. The week passed and I did not hear from him. He was even aware that heavy rains was in the forecast and I did express how important the leak was to get fixed because it was causing more and more damage to my house each time it rained. I never heard from him. The rains came and I had bad water leaks for three days where I had no way of stopping the water coming in (and causing more damage) except for putting towels down to catch water and then dry and put down again. I feel very scammed by this business that I paid nearly $*** for 15 minutes of work and they will not come back to out fix what I paid them to do. All I want is a refund so I can find someone new to fix the leak and stop the continuing damage. Not fixing the issue is costing more money
