Owner is a great guy but the past two times I’ve had to deal with them, due to FFL transfers from big name retailers, has went horribly.. rude customer service extremely un helpful on top of a ridiculous wait time to get a gun processed.. I strongly discourage ANYONE from using this store as a place to pick up FFL transfers as they will take upwards of a week to do a simple transfer… as u am currently trying to get a gun I have already paid for and have to be able to pick it up.. it’s been 6 days and counting

*** *****, As we have tried to explain to you, If the the firearm/gun comes into our store with NO INDICATION or PAPERWORK from the transferring property, we must wait till we get a call from a customer looking for the item. *********** *********  has a reputation for sending firearms and and including no paperwork nor information in the box and even the labelling on the box is a generic label that does not show from whom it came. In addition, we emailed you and tried to call the number provided from from the company, but after talking to you the number provided was not the correct number or it had been changed. We are sorry you had trouble and we absolutely will refund your money on the transfers if that is something that you would like. As the receiving party on hundreds of transfers per week, it is rare that the we get items without the sending party FFL, customer name, etc. however, it has been consistent with ** and I personally have been in contact with their management and am currently trying to help them understand the toll it takes on the customer and our reputation for things we cannot control. They advertised a sale for 10% off the entire store including all in stock firearms. I selected a used firearm but they said that not qualify for the discount. I showed them the ad and the two videos they posted on ******** and they still said it did not qualify.
I went into the store and was told by another employee 10% off the entire store and they still did not honor their ad.

We believe that we were clear and even more clear, face to face that the discount did not apply to used firearms. We however, did make the decision to make it right, like we do with all customers, and refund the $60.30 via company check. This check and new receipt were picked up by Mr. M******* late afternoon of the 21st. We apologize and take responsibility for our store and wish Mr. M******* the best.
