            Complaint about the service on a microwave that doesn't work!!! My parents bought a microwave from D.T. McCall & Sons a couple of years ago, within the first year it stopped working, we asked for a replacement but they said they would have to "repair" it first. The service dept had the microwave for almost two months "repairing" it. During that two months my parents had to move to assisted living so no one was home. Once the "repairs" were complete they dropped the microwave off on the front porch in the rain, even though we asked them to let us know when it would be returned so someone could be there to get it This all happened was late October/early November 2020, sadly my father died the end of November and my mother just passed July 18, 2021, my parents never returned home from assisted living so the house has been empty and the microwave was NEVER used after the "repairs". So imagine my dismay when on Sunday (7/25/21) the microwave still doesn't work. They won't replace it

            Please don’t purchase from this store. Do not expect straight forward or honest business. Save your money and yourself a headache…. Documented that they would slide my new oven in and haul away the old and they completely did not do it. All lies just to get us to purchase.
