  • This company has a serious pattern of customer complaint alleging service issues, customer service issues, and refund issues. Specifically, complaints allege consumers purchased vouchers from Groupon, Living Social, or directly from the business for hot air balloon rides; however, after many attempts to schedule a time to redeem the voucher, the company has failed to follow through. Consumers also indicate the company has poor customer service in that the company only provides excuses as to why they cannot schedule a flight, such as weather delays or flights are only available on certain dates, and that the business refuses to refund money for unredeemed vouchers. BBB sent certified correspondence to the company seeking their immediate cooperation in responding to and resolving the complaints on file. The company provided the following response: "Almost all of the ticket bought by the customers were half price deals from on line sites like living social, groupon or other like deal sites. In the terms of the deals and on my deals, it states: subject to weather and schedule availability, no refunds, reschedule only... By law I have to honor the paid value for 5 years, which I do. I have a deal running today on the Nashville Living social site. You will find the terms there." Although the company provided a response to BBB, it has failed to resolve the complaints and has failed to address the pattern of complaint.
