Not recommended, poor communication and got my truck back with the same issues and gave them $500 towards other things not pertaining to my issues. Ran tons of expensive diagnostic tests to try to determine the issues as the "first steps." Stopped them right there. Turns out I need spark plugs. Gave them $500 to figure that out and one other small issue. Point is, I gave them the "go ahead" to repair my truck. After a call wanting more money, I said whoa. Got my truck back and it had all the check engine lights on and shaking as before. If you wanna get ripped off, listen to their own radio ads and take your biz to them. Oh, they knew I need my truck for my job and they were returning it in the same condition and just happily took my money and smiled and said have a great holidays and great weekend. Bleck 🤢

just purchased a ******** sprinter rv and scheduled oil change. Talked to elder gentleman and told him dealer was paying for the oil change and asked about def as I knew nothing about def or this vehicle. He quickly said he added a gallon of def to his vehicle monthly and he would be able to check my vehicle and top it off. Me and my wife went across the street to grab something to eat and I received a text for approval to change the oil for 201 dollars and the def 1 and half gallon for 187 dollars. I had no idea about def so I accepted the charges. When we walked back to Eurofix of Franklin I decided to Google def service for ******** sprinter van and was shocked to see its roughly 5 dollars a gallon and you can do it yourself. I walked back out to talk to the gentleman in service and he says he is buying it at cost for 8 dollars half gallon which I immediately says I will gladly pay that and he says he can't give it to me for that price and that you just can't pour it in you need a machine for suction to get it in the tank remind you that he had said earlier he pours a quart in his vehicle every month. So all just lies and only thing he said when I was ready to pay, and he actually sent a lady out as he didn't even come out himself was instead of the 2 and half gallons he quoted it needed 1 and half gallon which he reduced the price to 187 dollars for def that I could have purchased and done myself for 15 dollars. This is a total ripoff and I let them know this and to delete my name from their database and I will gladly let the gentleman who referred me know that this is totally a rip off and he should not ever recommend these people to anyone.
