    I had my high pressure fuel pump replaced at Todds complete auto care on 3/28/23. Paid them to do a diagnostic after telling them what I knew needed fixed. I was quoted over 1k to replace the pump and sensor. I chose to leave the sensor out because Im not made of money. On 4/13/23 not even three weeks of having the car back it broke down agin, so I took it back to Todds. Except this time, there was a whole array of issues with the fuel system and I was quoted 2.6k to replace. All these issues that they somehow missed on the diagnostic that I paid them to do. But what Im now realizing looking through several reviews is a lot of people seem to be having the same issue of going to Todds and then having to make several return trips because the car is worse after leaving the repair shop. I have just received the car back from Todds after having it towed home. And now its making a lot of sputtering and blowing smoke out of the exhaust, wont turn over. That was not doing before. I believe they may be tampering with the vehicles to get more money. Because this should not be happening to so many people. So I would like an explanation on how this has happened to me and so many others. Maybe its just because Im a young female and they think Im stupid and can get more money out of me. I see this happen a lot in the automotive industry.

    Had multiple vehicles serviced & worked on here over the years. Upon reflection more times than not most repairs require a return visit as they aren't complete or stay fixed. Also other unrelated things seem to always be found or needed. Multiple times upon arriving to pick up a vehicle that was supposedly ready it wasn't. Most recently my vehicle was left for over a week for work on defroster. Said they had to work on wire harness and upon picking it up it wouldn't start they said they had left key on so put fresh battery made a return trip to pick it up and it had a check engine light on. Attempted to drive it home but returned it when it wouldn't shift into high gear or go over 40 miles per hour. Was told part of wire harness to transmission was damaged but was told that the recent work on the wire harness that was apperent by the wires and bits and pieces left all over the seat was not the cause and they could fix for additional cost as usual. Very frustrating. Causing me to miss work because I do not have a vehicle to get there. The vehicle ran fine when brought there just needed fan/blower to work for the defroster. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars here and never feel like they are trying to help me or assist me in best decision or options, just seem to want to get there hourly rate and push it out the door as if they can't recall the previous work and how it might be related or the exact same item from days or month pryor. I still own 3 of the vehicle that have been worked on there but unable to drive any of them. One had a fire wall engine fire shortly after having dash removed and reinstalled for a new heater core. Another returned with no fluid cap and parts loose and undrivable. Current vehicle they still have possession of after modifying wire harness but will not fix or take responsibility for creating the problem.
