    I got my car on October 1, 2021. On that same day it had issues. Took back to dealership and they ended up putting on new rotors, new brakes and calipers. In January the vehicle started shaking when slowing down. January 31, 2022 I took the car to them. Feb 1st, received a call from ****** from service and he asked did I get any work done on the vehicle because he notice new parts under the vehicle. I told him no and I only got 1 new tire on it. If they checked it when the got the vehicle they would have notice new parts. I don't think it was fully checked correctly. I called the dealership myself on Feb. 9 and they said it'll be 1600 to get it fixed. It need new calipers on driver and passenger ***** they only repair one of them last time but need new rotors again, new brakes again. ****** said since they have to put in new calipers, rotors and brakes they will pay $1,100 and I can come up with the other $500. I shouldn't have to pay anything. My vehicle should not need new stuff all over again so soon. I'm starting to think my car may have been wrecked and the frame was done. Got the car for little over $28,000. I shouldn't have to pay anything at all. They repaired caliper before and should had put in new ones and seem like it cause more damage. Don't want 3 more months to pass *** it keeps shaking and I have my kids with me. I'm paying $551 a month for this vehicle and feeling it's more damage to the vehicle.

    My name is ***** ********* and I am new to Parks Motors. I have been buying cars for 50 years and I have also sold cars. I can't say enough about the experience I have had and am currently having at Parks. I bought a car for my mom and the GPS didn't work. They gave me a loaner and told me not to worry about anything. They tried everything and eventually sent it to the **** dealeship to get reprogrammed. The **** dealership couldn't get it reprogrammed so Steve had Dakota call me and explain everything. Still I had a loaner car from Parks. Steve asked me what could he do to make it right . I asked him could the split putting in another system . He said get it done and bring him the bill. I did and as he said would so he cut me a check for half. A few days later the check engine light came on and I went back to Steve and he said they would take care of it under the *** ***** warranty and he gave me another loaner car an awesome ***** Envision Avinir. They have the car now and I have no worries that it will be taken care of. Every one from sale , service, finance and front desk have been exceptional. I made the statement to Steve that in all the years buying cars and trucks this process has blown me away. I believe that given the opportunity they would make any issue right.
