    On January 25, 2023 I purchased a new, brand new 2022 Jeep Compass. Within weeks of purchase I began having problems. I took it to the service **** because the Forward Crash Warning system kept turning off. The first couple times they turned it back on with the radio system then they scanned it and found codes. The first documented date of service was 1-25-23. Since that time it has been in and out of the repair shop 6-7 times. Sensors replaced, cameras replaced, a recall flash done on the body control module and now, to date the car has been in the shop after a 5 step reset procedure that was recommended by Chrysler and in less than 50 miles the system shut itself off again. Car was dropped off August 25 and to date it has been 46 days in the repair shop. I currently have a buyback case open with Jeep but every time they think they repaired it, they close the buyback case. This is the 3rd buyback case with Jeep Wave Jeeps customer service. Nobody is answering our calls and nobody is returning our calls. I feel like we are being given the runaround and this car is a pure lemon. Not a car I feel safe in. Not a car that I feel comfortable driving with electronic issues that control several systems including the braking system and the steering system. 46 days in the shop is excessive not including the previous repair dates that its been there. We are being told its in the hands of Chrysler, ********** and their hands are tied. We need relief and Jeep isnt providing relief. As a side note, the same issue has appeared on every, EVERY, loaner Compass Ive driven during this 9 month fiasco. Im making payments on a defunct car that I havent had in almost two months. Rhythm has done what theyve said they can do but I feel like ownership could offer a buyback on a car I no longer feel safe in with myself or my grandchildren. I am seeking to make complaint on both Rhythm and Chrysler, **********. Documents are too large to attach. They are available on request.

    If I could give the service department 0 stars I would. Don't take your car here. Spent $2500 and came out with problems and noises I didn't have before. Took the car back and now they have asked me to pay another 2k to fix a problem/ noise I didn't even have before I brought it in...this dealership should be shut down idk how their service department is still in business. They don't update you and never answer the phone... CEO should be analyzing these reviews service horrible I will be writing to corporate and any social site that will listen...BEWARE do not take your car here. $2500 down the drain and still have a messed up car.
