This is NOT how to run a business! The technicians are unskilled and untrained and the company fails to take responsibility OR respond to the home owner for the damage they incur to your home. By sending an apprentice tech out to fix my refrigerator, this unskilled, untrained apprentice over tightened a water shut off valve, neglected to check his work, and slid the refrigerator back in place and left. my house has been wet for over 30 days and I have an insurance claim over $16,000. When I called Mars (after I found the water was leaking for 30 days) they did come out and look at the issue, turned off the valve and frankly said it was NOT their fault. They said my Insurance should cover that! I have attempted several times to talk with the owners, asked them to come out and look at the damage and their responses are to "call my Insurance". This is NEGLIGENCE...this did not have to happen. We are Seniors on a fixed income. It is most difficult to come up with the $1000 deductible and additional expenses that insurance does not cover. After waiting 2 weeks for the appointment the tech sent spent most of his time asking what to do on the phone. After 1.5 hours I asked him how it was going. He ignored me and rudely said I'm on the phone. Ignoring me completely he stormed by almost hitting me and dragging his key chain across a freshly painted wall. Leaving a 3' deep scratch. At this point I did swear, just 1 word. Rhymes with Nick. I called his office and the best they could offer was wait 1.5 weeks and send the supervisor with the same tech again to train him! After a little discussion going no where , plus my wife jumped on to reason with the phone/ maybe supervisor just hung up, not answering any call backs.He even said to his supervisor on the phone I called him a number of things. Lies! I'm a retired engineer, my retirement job is a service related industry; this by far the least professional worst service I've ever experienced. Letting this company in your home is a risk. I also have no idea what state or condition my washer was left in, plus the damage to the wall was ignored. The last response we had was basically go elsewhere!Music City Appliance Services Response

Glad to respond. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for verbal abuse from anyone. There is no need for anyone to verbally abuse anyone else. As soon as the technician called us and told us what the customer said and that the customer was was being verbally abusive, we told him to get out of there.Customer Response

Least professional, worst service, most incompetent I have ever dealt with. What would you do if you were ignored as a customer, watched a service person deliberately damage your wall, demonstrate no understanding of how the machine worked or what to do to repair it? There was no verbal abuse. One word and my wife didn't even hear it. But the tech did as going outside? Bologna! He needed an excuse to leave. Oh ***** came out the following day, used the self diagnostics in the machine to solve the problem . Even showed me how do do it. The repair was completed in under 30 minutes!Review from Russells

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I have had nothing but problems since calling MARS to repair my refrigerator last month. They came out a total of 3 times, all of which I had to take time off work for, to replace what they said was a faulty fan in the freezer. This was after their $90 diagnostic test determined what the issue was. 2-3 days after the "repair," the refrigerator started making the same noises it was making before they worked on it. I called them back to let them know what was happening. It took them 3 weeks to come back to my house. For 3 weeks I couldn't keep food in my refrigerator or freezer. When they finally came back I was told the part they replaced was not the issue, it was a different fan in another part of the appliance. They refused to adjust pricing or offer any help to offset the unneeded "repair" originally made. This is when I realized they had no clue what was actually causing the problem. I won't call anyone out by name, but it is apparent the tech sent to my house had no clue how to complete the needed repairs. Either that, or he was intentionally replacing parts that did not need to be replaced in order to charge more. I wouldn't recommend this company to change a light bulb, much less repair an appliance I rely on each day.Music City Appliance Services Response

Glad to respond.
On 7/6/2021 this customer scheduled an appointment for our trip and diagnostic which is $69.95 + tax. Not anything more. Customer only paid that amount. Customer stated a knocking noise from the back of his refrigerator/freezer. Technician found failing FREEZER evaporator fan motor. Unit was not moved for this diagnosis. Customer present. Customer approved repair.
On 7/12/2021,we returned for the repair as agreed to by customer. We came out only once for the repair on the Freezer side.
We replaced FREEZER fan panel for a knocking noise in Freezer. Technician Installed previously ordered FZ evaporator fan panel assembly and thawed complete evaporator. Unit was not moved for this repair. Customer present. Customer paid for part and labor only.
This customer called back and stated that the refrigerator is making noise again, but different and not as much as before. On 08/10/2021, we returned at no charge and the Technician found noise is coming from REFRIGERATOR (FF) side this time and causing a rise in FF temperature. This is not related to previous repair. Unit was not moved for this diagnosis. Customer present. Customer declined further repair.
The freezer side we had repaired was still correct temperature and working fine. The Customer did not want to move forward on a second issue and repair on his refrigerator.
This customer did not call us back for almost a month after the repair and also refused to work with us on any return. He was very aggressive to the office staff over the phone which was not necessary. Also unwarranted was his remark above about attacking the integrity of the technician who has over 20 years of experience in the field.
If there was any miscommunication, then we do apologize but we knew we gave every effort to try and create a way to help this customer.

I am not the only person to complain about their poor business practices and lack of ethics. These people have no integrity, as their response contains multiple lies. I just want people to read the online reviews and avoid getting burned like myself and countless customers before me.
