On May 2nd, 2022, Huff service technician diagnosed the 2020 model ****** washing machine problem as the electronic motherboard. The same technician returns on May 16th (10:30am) stating the machine was repaired and operating; albeit, the technician did not run the wash cycle to test the machine.
After the technician left, I tried to run the machine multiple times and the machine had the exact same issue as before; does not fill with water, or run through any cycles.
I called Huffs Appliance office and asked the front office to have the technician return to the house. I was told he already left the area; despite the fact that I called within ten minutes of him leaving my home. The technician returned my call an hour later stating the machine was working when he left my house. I told him he did not test the machine; the drum is dry and the machine is not working.
I called Huffs and the office staff said their technician said the machine was working; as if to suggest I was mistaken. After much discussion and insisting, Huffs sent out a second technician on May 16th at 2pm. This technician said yes the machine is broken and he left my home; no attempts diagnose or repair.
A third frustrating call to Huffs and another wait for a third technician to return to my home, wasting my time. This technician commented that yes the machine was inoperable, he didn't know where's the problem. With attitude, he removed the machines motherboard, that the first technician "supposedly" replaced with new. This technician pried the cover off, without removing all the screws from the back panel, seriously damaging-cracking and bending, the right front washing machine panel.
Huffs waived the service and repairs charges, with attitude and no apologies, as if they were doing me a huge one time favor! In my experience, this was NOT a reliable and responsible business. I DO NOT recommend this business!

Came within 15 minutes (he was in the neighborhood). Fixed my refridgerator in half an hour. I am putting them in my phone directory! Highly recommended.
