I made a purchase at T&D Furniture on 1/19/2022 for a couple mattresses. Once I made the purchase I found the same or similar mattress for a better price so I called on 1/20/2022 at exactly 12:00pm to return the mattresses. Mind you I made the purchase in less than 24 hrs of the return. I canceled the delivery and all. I was told I could receive a refund for the purchase but not for the delivery fee. I was then told to come to the store to receive my full refund. To my surprise after driving there myself, they would not refund me my delivery fee even after I canceled the order before delivery. I reread the contract on the receipt and it was falsely advertised as it intel’s for the delivery refund. It contradicts itself, stating “ Delivery times are booked 2-3 hours windows. 24 hours notice is required for any changes. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting any delivery fees paid. Delivery fees are non-refundable.” My 24 hours were not honored and the female working stated to me “ it’s my choice to give me a refund or not.” She even told me that should would not give me a refund for any of my items even if my items were not delivered. This is unacceptable by a place of business. I also was at the store within my 24 hours before the delivery and still didn’t receive my delivery fee back. If delivery fees are non-refundable then why does it state if it’s within 24 hours I could receive the delivery fee. I was then told I should have called at 9 am because it was already loaded. That time is not within the 24 hours. Very poor customer service!!!!!!
