      Horrible customer service/response time. It has taken 4 months for a 2 week flood repair job back in February, still not complete. They schedule work and never show up on scheduled days leaving clients sitting at home waiting for workers to show up until another complain is iniated. Ignoring complaints and hanging up the phone are their idea of good customer service. They flat out lie about when subcontractors are scheduled, making out of home stays longer than needed. They believe the insurance company should pay for Paul Davis' industry sub-standard repairs that need to bring up to what was quoted. The home was not put back to predamage condition. Very poorly managed organization. This is a franchise, so do not believe the website guarantees, that is from the parent company. I will give you a guarantee, you will be dissatisfied: search the web for their reviews elsewhere.

      Ms. ****** has been the proxy for the claim mentioned in this review on behalf of her father who is the customer. The claim was initiated by the insurance company 2/22/21. The customer was contacted within 30 minutes of the claim being received by Paul Davis Restoration of Central MS. Property was inspected the next day, preliminary estimate was uploaded 2/23/21. 2/24/21 The customer was contacted three times with no response. When customer's proxy was reached work began on property 3/2/21. The initial findings required a process of mold remediation. On 3/17/21 multiple attempts were attempted to do an inspection of the outside of the home. Ms. ****** yelled at the project manager, "Stop calling my *explicit* phone, you are wasting my minutes and money." Ms. ****** asked to retain our services for further repair work needed to the home. During the process of repairs to the customer’s home Ms. ****** has called our office, irate cursing and screaming at every one of our employees. We have attempted resolution and de-escalation with every encounter. There are over 100 text messages between Ms. ****** and our General Manager as well as Estimator where Ms. ****** is using explicit language with lists of demands and threats. The onsite crews have been yelled, cursed at, and forced to leave during work in progress. To date the insurance company has paid the claim in full to the insured and the insured has made no payments to Paul Davis Restoration of Central MS though work has been completed as per agreed scope of work approved by the insurance carrier. The timeline of the repairs has taken as long as they have in part because of supply shortages (national issue) and in part due to the extent of damage to the home, the growth found, size of property and nature of the claim itself. Paul Davis Restoration of Central MS has gone above and beyond to accommodate this customer and attempted all avenues of resolution.

      Horrible I gave them $19,000 to repair flood damage A month later I had gotten 3 text messages-2 asking why I wanted my money back This is a franchise like Mcdonalds so buyer beware

      Mr. ***** was referred to Paul Davis Restoration of Central MS. on 3/26/21 by his insurance company. He was contacted immediately and an appointment to assess the damages was made for 3/39/21. Due to the unusual ice storm that occurred in central MS, there was an increased number of insurance claims received by our office. We informed the Mr. ***** of this and that we would schedule repairs to begin in approx. 2-3 weeks pending availably. Mr. ***** called two weeks later and informed us he was going to use another contractor for his home repairs. The deposit was refunded in full. At the time of refund being issued Mr. ***** requested to retain our services (again) for the contents of his home. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate his request.
