I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They are unprofessional and no one can ever tell you about your account. I receive instant transfers from a third party company called Square. Typically my money is available instantly. So on this particular day I received my instant transfer from square for $78.80 square said it deposited into my account provided me with an email of the trace number and everything the bank needed. I went into the bank spoke with a specialist told her what was going on she looked at my account and said it was there, I told her I know and that has never happened I tried to provide her with the information from square. She told me she could not look that up and I would have to call card services ok I called card services spoke with someone they didn’t even attempt to get the trace number either to look into it.They told me I had to call square. So I called square back told them what was happening square sent me specific instructions on what they needed from them. I was sitting in my car at the bank so I went back in and provided them with the info. Square said I needed Written documentation confirming that this transfer was either rejected or unsuccessful. Reverse Trace Information for the transfer if it was reversed. The name and number of the manager you spoke with – we would be happy to reach out to them directly to resolve this issue. The specialist did read the email she went to her manager to get help. Manager never came in specialist came back in gave me a print out told me that should work and sent me on my way. Square is saying that it want work they needed specific information. I am still going through this process. Please stay away from this bank.
