Your Better Business Bureau is hearing that business owners – both BBB Accredited Businesses and non-Accredited Businesses are receiving emails purportedly from us, in regard to an alleged ‘abuse.’ These emails are not from us and they are not legitimate. Such emails should be promptly deleted or else forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org and then deleted. For future reference, BBB does not have an ‘Abuse Department.’ And any emails from us will come from an email address ending in @thefirstbbb.org.

When replying to us, please keep the compliant ID "Case:66557657384:110" native in the subject line.
