I recently had the opportunity to rent a 26 foot truck from Shakopee Mini Storage. I had a standing reservation for a truck at the 98th and Lyndale U-Haul location however while en route, I happened to drive past Shakopee Mini Storage only a mile location from where the truck would be needed. I called Shakopee Mini Storage on the chance that if they had the same size truck, I might be able to transfer my reservation to their location. My call was immediately answered by Christina in a most professional and cheerful manner. She answered a few of my questions and then transferred me to DuWayne who informed me they had a truck Italy available and I could come by to pick it up. Upon my arrival, both Christina and DuWayne expedited the rental process and within a few minutes had a truck idling and waiting for me to use. The drop-off process was devoid of any extraneous procedures and I have to say that this was my best U-Haul truck rental experience ever. And over the past 40 years, I've had quite a few. As impressive as the overall service, immaculate facility and truck condition was, the friendly and professional help I received from Christina and DuWayne was by far the most impressive.
