    The tour manager was not trained to help elderly that fell or had health problems. Poorly organized for the expensive price tag . Staff none responsive to my complaints

    Hi ******,Your report shocked me. We always appreciate guest feedback and take any reported concerns seriously. As a small, family-owned business, repeat business has been the core of our success for over 33 years. We look out for our customers. Although the concerns seemed incredibly out of character for our team, I quickly investigated each claim. In every instance, I found credible evidence to the contrary.The two Tour Managers that led your trip are full-time employees with decades of experience. They are incredibly well-trained, accredited, and chosen very carefully. I reviewed the post-trip customer surveys. Your assigned Tour Manager, *****, was rated 86% Outstanding and 14% Very Good. A full 100% of tour guests aside from you feel that ***** was courteous, attentive, and helpful. To get an outside perspective, I spoke with several tour guests. Some were brand new and some Ive known for years and trust. Just as ***** reported, they informed me you were regularly very tardy, causing the entire group to wait. I was told this lack of concern for other guests caused delayed arrival at scheduled activities and that you missed some entirely. I heard of your frequent emotional outbursts that disrupted the trip, twice requiring the attention of EMTs. It was reported to me by our staff, other guests, and ************** Security that you were removed from public areas for taking photos of children without consent. In the process of being taken to your room by security, you asked a staff member if they were mad at you for getting in trouble.After investigating your claims, Im saddened to read your misleading review again as Ive found no truth in it. I am grateful for the numerous other ****** customer reviews representing wonderful experiences. Im also grateful and incredibly proud of the excellent team we have at **********************.Regards,******************* President **********************

    My response to owners response. I was having a medical emergency, have lupus like symptoms, I was tardy because of my weakness and difficulty seeing. I was tardy because I was weak and confused. I came home in a medical emergency . I was removed from all my Ra meds that made me toxic. I was weak dehydrated and confused. I started my prednisone as ordered and had a shocking response I never had before and had to be hospitalized to remove the methotrexate , Prednisone and. humira from my system. My rhemotolgist was appalled at the condition I am back in. Your staff have left me rude message including ****** since I have been back. If you reviewed the messages I sent ****** or watched the footage at airport you would know it's true. Yes I was emotionally my husbands anniversary of his death was December 20th., I was not removed from the ice event I choose to leave and security was very understanding. . Several people fell during the trip and we didn't stop to even get ice. Not a trip for people any health problems including .
