            D.C. Annis sent Matthew out April 14 to unclog my main line sewer drain. The work order fine print I signed said "All workmanship on main lines will be warrantied for one year, unless stated otherwise." He pulled out many roots after which the sewer drain ran smoothly. He did not use a camera to verify the line was free of roots (extra cost). A month later it backed up again. They said "No warranty on a multiplex dwelling" - another service call would be chargeable at full price. They should have told me that up front. Another contractor came, used a camera to find blockages and several roots still hanging in the pipe. A freely running sewer line does not mean a quality job. He cut out many more roots using 6" blades, gave 9 mo warranty. Use of a camera is needed for a quality job. Contrary to D.C. Annis' website- they do NOT have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, they do NOT always guarantee their work, and they do NOT always give quality service. I am asking for full refund of $210.

            If I can score a negative score I would. Be aware that the owner not only is rude but does not understand customer service. They serviced my house thru Home service plus so I had no choice. They had their technician snake my sewer line so far out that they line tangled by itself and actually got stuck. They couldn't remove their line for 2-3 days, and also had 2-3 ppl pulling their line. They had the audacity to bill me $5K and even though it was their technician who did all the work. I would not recommend them to anyone and have called Homeservice plus of how terrible they are. The owner is a jerk and is unprofessional. Don't think your sewer problem will be solved, they will charge you more. Go to another company. Horrible, horrible people.
