We moved into our new house and on the 1st day we noticed the floor drain in the utility room was backing up and leaking into our downstairs living room. Then the following has happened:March 12 - ***** comes out and spends less than a minute looking at the drain and tells us the ball is missing and needs to be replaced. When asked if hydrojetting the line would fix the problem, was told yes but would back up again in a month and would have to fix it again so dont waste the money. Had to pay all the money upfront.March 15 - They come out and replace the drain. I was not present but had my father there who was also there on the 12th so knew what was going on.March 18 - Drain backs up again and make an appointment on the 21st. This is when I learned that the drain I had to pay upfront for was not installed. Was told I needed a ball drain and they did not install. We were upset because we were told we needing something, paid for it, then never received it. When we expressed that to the plumber, he responded saying he does not know why ***** told us that because they do not use those drains anymore and that he lied to us. Said they had a meeting and was going to get a call back, never did.March 24 - Still not hearing anything back on the issue, they send ******* out. He confirms what the last plumber said and that we do not use those anymore and it most likely would not even work for us. Even said that all we most likely needed was a hydro jet and that ***** sold us something we did not even need and still do not have what we paid for. Was going to talk to ****** and ***** and call me back, never did.around April 10th after multiple phone calls I finally get a hold of the manager ******. He then backs ***** and said the drain did need to be changed. Said the plumbers lied to me because they did not have the parts on their truck so could not install it and put the blame on someone else. Still waiting for a call back to install what I paid for!
