      On April 28th I called to schedule drain cleaning at a rental property I own. It was afternoon on Friday and a tech would have to come after hours. I gave them my email and phone. I was quoted time and a half rate of $160.00 for the first hour. The technician arrived at about 6:00 pm and left after finishing before 6:30 pm. I received no invoice via email just a charge for $535.00 on my credit card! I called on May 9th and was told a manager would call me back after reviewing the case. After 24 hours I called again and demanded a refund and was told the manager couldn't talk to me.

      Our apologies this happened. As was explained to you when you called back our Representative who answered the phone accidently misquoted you or did not tell you that there would be additional costs for additional drains being cleared. Because of this a refund check is being sent to you ASAP for the additional costs that you were not informed of. Our apologies that the Manager was not able to further discuss this with you at the moment you desired. The Manager wanted to discus with the owner first who was dealing with a death in his immediate family at that time.

      We had a backed up main line and had All Ways Drain out on Sunday Nov 6th at time and a half rates because it was an emergency. $535 later. The technician was there for 3 hours and said he removed roots at 20 and 40 and the line was clear. He said we might need water jetting if it continues. Two weeks later we had them back to clear a tub drain that was missed the first time, that went fine. The main line backed up the day after their second visit, I called to inquire about water jetting and left a message and didnt receive a call back. We had another company out today 11/30/22 and they encountered a blocked main line with tree roots at multiple spots less than 40 as claimed. I called in to complain and the customer service person said that cabling the line is only meant to break through the clog and not clear out the roots? Hmmmm. If you want your main line cleared of roots this isnt your company.

      Our sincere apologies for this. This was a newer Technician and a newer Office person. We believe that there was a bit of a misunderstanding or miscommunication from each of them. What the Technician meant or possibly should have made clear was that the line was open and draining but the remainder of the roots should be cut-out ASAP before they cause an issue and because this was an emergency on a Sunday and the line was now open and draining it would be best to set up an appointment to have the roots cut-out with a water-****** during regular business hours which would save you money and often cutting out roots is faster and easier with a water-******. We realize that this was not communicated properly to you and therefore will not be charging you for the additional tub drain that was cleared and we will also send you a partial refund for the work that was done on 11/6/22. Please understand that everyone has to start somewhere and unfortunately most of us make mistakes when we are just starting out. Both of the individuals are fairly new employees who are continuing to learn. We understand that mistakes will happen and therefore we are doing our best to try and make this right by you by not charging you for 1 service and providing a partial refund.
