Owner, David ****** left voicemail with legal threats to me and I was never able to even talk with anyone at the company. Contract was not completed as stated and the profit to the company was 600%. $1100 for a 45” repair with no materials needed. When questioned, sent a letter stating there were $500 in overhead costs, which would still give $600 in profit even if it did cost $500 for 45 minutes labor. Get a breakdown of all costs with your estimate before you EVER start a job with ****** Construction. And note that estimates are not free as stated in their advertising. Better yet, do business with someone else.

**************** contacted our company about coming out to her home to look at some repairs she needed and told us we were the only company who responded to her. We sent out a representative to look at the repair work. Our representative sent her a contract to do the work. **************** accepted the contract, signing and agreeing to all the terms. She made a $500 down payment.Our repairperson went to the job site after picking up some necessary materials. He was there approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. **************** told our repair person the work looked good but the screamed at him about the costs telling him "you are only an hourly employee". Our sales representative she was working with contacted her and she also yelled at him and stated she would not pay the remainder due for the work we completed.As the owner of our company, I also reached out to **************** to explain the realities of costs involved in repair work but offered her a discount from the balance she owed. She rejected this offer and still stated she would not pay and would take me to court.Finally, with the possibility of our company filing a lien against her house, **************** did pay the balance.We cannot provide repair work for half of the contracted amount.
