We are trying to move into a place , a home in *********** ** Ive been battling breast cancer stage 4 for my health weve gather enough family required by law for the right property we have the correct amount of income required within the guidelines for evictions and income and everything we were pre screened before an application was even ran for then rental and was told they wouldnt even run our application at all due to the pre screening but even the pre screening wasnt done properly UD records found was anywhere from 8 plus years old and paid in full no debt another eviction was filed falsely my mother still lived in her property from 2015 when it was filed to 2018 but nothing was able to be explained or showed we were just automatically declined an opportunity they asked for tax documents to show income even though we showed pay stubs and w2 to verify income because the tax documents requested for only 1 applicant of 6 due to his commission being counted as income he hadnt filed taxes due to COVID reasons the past 2 years. The listing agent then commented we may have disqualified applicants once the back ground is ran for convictions im just not understanding why we are being pre judge before we have had the proper opportunity to apply for this home it is not right or equal at all
