Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wish I would of read these reviews before he did the work for us.He would not give us an estimate!Charged us ***** to install a toilet. NOT including the toilet. I don't even want to tell anyone because I am embarrassed that I was such a fool.

No stars because this guy is a scam artist. I asked how much for him to come out because we're strapped for cash at the time. He comes fixes the clogged drain in less than an hour. There's no discussion about what's happening. Comes back with a bill of 850. ?? Point is you HAVE to communicate with clients when your doing work and racking up a bill. Since he didn't communicate and after reading the reviews now I know he's doing this as a scam. And he just showed up on my front porch asking for money instead of sending a bill? Who does that! We won't use this guy again. Now I'm scared he's gonna come back.

DO NOT CALL!I called looking for possible causes of slime bacteria. He said he was able to come that afternoon. After looking at our system, he said it was our well pressure tank and that he could replace it for $1000. I said I would need to discuss it with my husband first. He kept pressuring me to call him and I kept saying no. He also unplugged our grinder sump pump while "checking things out" and did not plug it back in fully - it looked like it was plugged in, but not making contact. Intentional or negligent, later that afternoon because it wasn't on, a quarter of the basement was flooded! He charged $295 for the service call and $195 to "diagnose the problem". I called a different plumber the next day and they said for our area a service call is $45-$90. TERRIBLE!

DO NOT EVER CALL THIS BUSINESS! I called *****'s plumbing in Feb when my water went off. He came over and said the membrane in the tank might be torn and caused the pump to run continuously and burn out. I found out later this is not possible since the pump will shut off when the tank fills. He replaced the pump, never discussing it with me. When I checked on him he stated he was "getting her done". He replaced the tank also. When I took him to court he said he had discussed it with me but he lied. The tank was still good and still holds pressure to this day. For less than 4 hours he charged me $3800. I ended up canceling the check and paid him $2500. A few daze later the water went off again and I replaced the switch for $31 since it was the only thing left. I took him to small claims court and he lied in his testimony which convinced the judge. I could go on and on but just read these other reviews and you'll see what he's about. He charges way too much for the parts and labor. Hey ***** ... you stated in court that the ** reviews were just slander. If so, I dare you to take me to court. Really, please take me to court! If I could, I would leave him negative stars.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would!On March 23, 2022 we had an almost identical experience to ***** Ms review dated 10/15/2021 I have been reluctant to submit a review because we felt dumb for not checking this guy out with the better business bureau or ****** reviews before contacting him for a service call when finding we had no water on the morning of March 23rd. I see this guy continues to receive more and more negative customer reviews here on the ******************** site so I now feel compelled to submit a review myself. In June 2015 we had our well pump replaced by Colins brother (***** himself said the bill I have from 2015 was his brother) for a cost of $1200 and at the same time we had our well pressure tank inside the house replaced by a different contractor. The pressure tank cost was $280 and the labor to install it was $120, so the total cost at that time was $1600. We understand that costs have increased since 2015 but we were completely unprepared for the $3974 total bill we were presented with from ***** on March 23, 2022. The details of the bill are:Service call ck well $395 (originally written as $295 changed to $395)Well **************** I cant read) $850 Diesel ********** I cant read) lift well $540 ********** I cant read) 1-new pump ********** I cant read) $889 202 ****** ********** I cant read) $950 Climate tape, pit********** I cant read), seals, wire $290 New switch & ********** I cant read) $60 I should have argued the bill at that time but I think I was just so shocked by the total cost I didnt say much, other than to show him the 2015 bill and ask why its so much higher in 2022. His response was something like this that is my brother, the well pumps he installed were not of the same quality as the pump I just installed here for you, that is why it has already failed and that is why he is no longer in business, this pump I installed for you is bullet proof, it will last at least 20 years.

I want to let people know that they done the work for my 80 year old mother who's only income is her social security. bathroom sink drain was clogged and had been like that for awhile. with the covid pandemic not very many companies that would do house calls anyway so it was not a emergency. my mom looking for a plumber in St croix falls to keep it close called *****'s plumbing for a estimate. assuming that they were from scf. he said he would have to look at it before he could say how much it was. he didn't get to her house until 4 pm. he just started working on it. was told that it had been tried before but we could not get it. he tried for a while and then he said that he would have to cut the pipe. he did and got the pipe unplugged and patched it with a rubber piece and 2 hose clamps. when my mom asked if he was going to bill her he said that he would figure it out now so he doesn't forget anything. so the bill he handed my mom was for ******. which broke down to 200 for travel, 600 for labor and 195 for the rubber patch and 2 hose clamps. he made it seem like he wanted the bill paid before he left. so we scraped up enough to pay it off. I realize that plumbers work hard and it's not the cleanest working environment to be in. so what I don't like about *****'s plumbing is how they are not totally upfront with their prices and the mark up of the supplies. I mean a piece of rubber hose and 2 hose clamps for ****** give me a break. I hope he feels good about over charging a 80 year old lady. I will go out of my way to tell people how he operates and will never recommend them to anyone!

***** just left tonight after I called to ask him to snake a clog in my bathtub drain. When he showed up, I asked for cost estimate. He replied it will only be time and materials and said he will be quick as possible. Satisfied with his answer (how long to remove a clog?!)Rather than snake it, he cut out 3 ft of tub drain down pipe (all there was to main sewer) and replaced with 1ft of PVC pipe on each end of a P pipe. Took him two hrs. Done I asked what I owed him, and he said ******!! I about died! I only had 400 in my bank account and told him so. ***** replied I would have to write two checks. I answered, You don't understand, I am NOT paying you 895! I looked at invoice and first item was 295 site charge, and I said I ASKED you hiw much and you said just time and materials! He tried to justify himself. Next line item was 440 for labor (2hrs exactly). I said plumbers are like 100/hr or so. He said he didnt care what the normal rates are... He was faster and better, therefore worth 220/hr. I replied I am NOT paying more than 300! After much contention he accepted the 300 and left (after I threatened to call cops and take him to court, which if course he didnt want). Wanted to take pic of bill to send to Chamber of Commerce, the BBB, and the plumber's licensing bureau, but the slick SOB took the bill leaving no evidence of what he tried to do. He clearly has been scamming people fir many yrs and has his program down to an art. I feel terrible for ppl not willing to confront such an unethical person and just paying.

Repair services alert. *****'s Plumbing-Well Repair-Excavation in ***********, *********. His billing practices are questionable. Check narratives regarding his services on BBB site.

If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD. Total rip off I had well pump replaced ironically day after a house fire. Needed new well tank also. He wanted to put it in then. I said no the house has to be gutted and that can not be in the way. Called when it was time to put new tank in. Said I wanted a 44 gal tank he said he had one. When he showed up he said he needed it for another job. All I need is a 20 gal. I said no I had that I want 44. Said he would put in 2 20gal. I said not interested in that mess. He kept saying he cant get any more big ones. Who knows how many months. Cost me to come here blah blah blah. I get $200 for going anywhere. I threw $200 at him and sent him on his way. Last plumber on earth and I wouldnt call him. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

THIS GUY CHARGED 5X THE AMOUNT HE SHOULD HAVE.HE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED
