            My husband and hired ***** to fix a leak underneath an upstairs toilet. They misdiagnosed the problem and replaced a fully functioning pipe that was not leaking. The leak is coming from the vent pipe right next to the pipe they replaced. They claim they won't guarantee a fix for the actual cause of the leak since it's not what they originally worked on. They are now requesting an additional $1,500-$2,300+ on top of the $1,688 we already paid. Now we can't get a hold of management to reconcile the issue.We expect to have the original payment applied to the additional repairs as the initial work was misdiagnosed and the service promised was not completed.Date of service: Nov 9

            Wildly overpriced. They bill at about $1400 per hour. The tech was here for about 30 mins and i was billed $700. The job was mediocre, but the price was untenable. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, and I want a refund for the service they did to my toilet.
