Ecotech was fabulous. Although my homeowners assn was supposed to take care of this, they didn’t. And I was having windows installed right after Labor day. They were responsive, flexible and reasonable, too. Tim came quickly, climbed his ladders and before I knew it, no more swarming wasps. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. Called on Monday, Josh M was able to come out and assess the premise on Wednesday and had all mitigation measures in place Thursday. It was about 95 degrees out and he just charged through with no complaint and thoroughly explained the process! I feel confident in his abilities and his work ethic was above and beyond! At 8:00 pm one night I called about noise I was hearing in the eaves of my house. I was contact the next day and Josh M came to my house that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed that bats were in the eaves. We scheduled time for him to come back and resolve the issue. Josh explained what they were going to do and kept me up to date when he was going to arrive at my house. He did I very nice job in sealing the entry points. Plus there is a 2 year warranty to make sure bats don’t come back. If people are having bat issues I would definitely recommend Echotech.Review from John H
