Renttracks works fine if you NEVER move. I got a new place from a private landlord and now they removed everything I have done for over 6 yrs and killed my score. Not worth all the money I spent to start all over.Review from Amy L

Just don't even bother. It's really a shame, because this seems like such a great idea that I would be happy to spend $7 a month on....if it worked!!! A poorly run company, with a poor customer experience and poor online technology. It's really easy to get the payment set up, but then an absolute nightmare to get the actual credit reporting going. There are rabbit holes when you try to talk to a human or cancel. What a racket.Review from ALEXANDER A

I don’t rent and now 1/25/2023 I received a notification that my credit score decreased by 13 points. Never heard of this company, yet they pulled my information illegally with no permission or even a notice to the mail. I demand answers.Review from jacob e.

first off I would like to say this is a good service in theory If you actually sign up I however did not opt in to this service when I rent my home I specifically declined it and then once the new year hit they sent an email stating the reported to my credit when I specifically declined this option and with no way to delete your account from this website it is not idealReview from DAnna C.

My family and I just switched from MSR rental company to FKH, since we have switched to this company we received an email about Renttrack. After reading all these complaints repeating the same issues numerous people have complained about my family and I will happily STAY AWAY from RentTrackReview from Audrey S

I just opened up a new account with RentTrack and had a couple of logistical questions regarding the verification process. Not only did they answer my questions, but were also incredibly helpful going into detail explaining coverage both with and without verification. All responses were extremely courteous, patient, and super-helpful! Would highly recommend!Review from Amar F

They illegally did hard credit inquiry I reported them to the ftc and will be pressing charges for obtaining and using my information illegally parent company self will be held liable this is going to be a huge lawsuit and they won’t get away with it there are Thousands of people they did this to we all are going to get justice and take this company downReview from Diana A

My wife and I believed we had made a mistake placing one of our ss# on file and when I asked for the last four to make corroborate the one we had placed on file they were glad to help and clear up the issue. We are working on my wife’s credit and I hope this will make it jump as we have been renting for two years with no late payments.Review from Michael G
