I am a victim of identity theft and so I constantly make sure my credit report has no information on it that I am not aware of. I discovered that RentTrack was reporting on my credit report. I immediately contacted them on 03-13-2024 to see what this was about. I left a detailed message about my concerns by calling the ************. You get an automated system. One you choose the option you need the phones rings out as though it will connect you to a person. Maybe less than ************************************************* email. I received an call on 03-14-2024 and I asked her why this was reporting and I did not authorize this or want this on my report. She stated that the Tricon Residential set it up and that they sent notices out. I said I was not aware of this and I did not want any part of this type of transaction on my report. She she stated would look into to it and review and call me back. Instead of a calling me back I received this email. On 03-18-2024 I checked my spam and I saw an email at 12:45 pm from 3-14-24 from this misery women statig the below. Hi, I have canceled your subscription and will remove your information from the bureaus.I immediately sent an email request @ 5:31 pm requesting something in writing from RentTrack confirming on their letter head it was removed. So, Instead of supplying what I asked for I received this email below. The miserey person then wrote on 03-19-24 Hi, it takes up to 30 days for this to be removed from your credit reports. We just sent the information to the bureaus last Friday. Thank you for contacting RentTrack.Have a great day!So, on 04-09-2024 I left a message with my concerns and asking why I have not received a letter yet. No call back was given. On 04-10-2024 I left a detailed message again and I emailed them requesting the lettere again. I want a letter on their letterhead that stating they requested the bureaus to delete their tardeline from my credit profile.
