    I met with a salesman from US Bath Systems on Thursday August 12, 2021. I felt it was a good company so I put down a sizeable down payment of $2000 on my credit card. Additionally, I was reassured by rep I could call and cancel within the 3 business days and not be charged. When I started calling the ************** number on Monday August 16th provided (many times) but, could not find any department to pick up, i.e. sales, service nor installation. The next day August 17, 2021 I mailed my cancellation notice (I only was provided 1 copy) to the ******************************************** address. I assumed it was taken care of and again was unable to reach anyone at ** Bath to verify receipt. However, on Friday August 27, 2021 I noticed my credit card was charged to $2000 AFTER I cancelled. Tried calling ** Bath again, but was only able to leave a message after hours. I received a call back on Monday August 30, 2021 from a manager, *****************************. He rudely informed me they received no cancellation notice and they had no record of my calls except for the one made after hours. He went on to tell me they log all calls even ones that don&#**;t make it to a rep and I said great you&#**;ll see it then. But he said there was no calls or cancellation received. NOT TRUE! ****** told me my shower unit has already been ordered and I was sent an e-mail on August 23rd indicating as such. I never received any email and asked him to send me another and he didn&#**;t. I told him I didn&#**;t believe my shower has been ordered because according to their own statements this project is out another 10 weeks. He said I could cancel, but would have to pay a "restocking" fee. I asked how much and he didn&#**;t know. Again, I don&#**;t believe for a moment they&#**;ve ordered anything. This shouldn&#**;t have gotten so screwed up! I promptly filed a dispute with my credit card company, but they say it could take up to 90 days! I will likely have to pay the **** to avoid finance charges before this is ever resolved. This company is a scam, no doubt about it. I needed the shower because my husband (a vet) suffered a severe stroke and I care for his 24/7. I&#**;m already stressed beyond belief and now I&#**;m having to battle with ** Bath for a refund of deposit I&#**;m entitled to. PLEASE HELP!!! *********************** ************** Please confirm receipt **

    ordered a new shower on 6-13-21, because of covid had to wait until 8-10-21, they put in the shower part ,looks good, now waiting for the sliding doors, should of been put in the next day, called late wed., then thur. 9:05 ,1:30 then 3:45, still waiting for call, can't use shower without doors, whenever i call scheduling they don't call back, woman is never at her desk ,or on the phone supposedly
