    I purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali SUV from Suburban Chevrolet on Dec, 18, 2021. The ad listed on there website stated "2nd set's of wheels and tires". At the time of the sale they were unable to to find them and was told they would find them. I told them that I didn't want them and said you can sell them. They said no and that I would be be getting them regardless. On Dec, 20, 2021 I received a call from the sales person Kirk Fox and he stated they still couldn't find them but they were looking. A few days later I received another call from the sales person on Dec., 23, 2021 and was told they can't find them. I was told that the dealership wouldn't honor this and the sales person went on to say he would take care of me. He first tells me that he would cover the some part of my first service when I come and I told him that I had purchased the maintenance plan. He then wanted me to send him a picture of the size of tire and that he would take care of it. I was under the impression that he would cover the cost of the tires but I got an email yesterday (1/11/22) stating that he never said that he was going to purchase them but to get a deal for me. Why do I have to purchase another set of tires when the dealership false advertised? Also I feel like I am getting nothing but the run around from him and dealership. It only took me 15 mins to find pricing on 3 different places that sells tires. Why is he dragging his feet and again why is the dealership not honoring their ad? This is BS!!! I also have purchased 2 vehicles previously from this dealership and now this is how I am treated. I want a refund for cost of new tires and rims. I figure the refund to be at least $1,200. I no longer want to have anything todo with this dealership and there lying along with the run around. Its said that I liked this dealership but no more. I want a resolution asap so I can be done with this dealership forever!!

    Outstanding assistance by the service staff desk. Austin was the advisor both times I took my 2004 and 2005 Tahoes in for service. He fully understood what I was trying to get across and kept me informed of the work being performed. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on at all times.
