      BAD DIAGNOSTIC MAKE ME PAY $8,000 for a transmission that doesn't need to be replaced at the moment or wasn't causing the problem that i was trying to fix since 2022. I been dropping off and picking up my car probably more that 30 times for the same problem since 2022 having me to pay rent cars for weeks while they hold my car, and they can't fix it or found the problem yet! also, they don't want to refund any of the $8,000 that i had to pay for no reason and my car still have a weird vibration that doesn't feel any good while driving. i lost lot of money every time i had to come back to drop my car off so many times already I'm really sick with this unprofessional dealer and i start a legal process with them.

      We have been working with the customer on his vibration concerns. He has had multiple visits to the dealership for varies vibration concerns, We have offered the customer to come to the dealership and have the technician go with him on the road test to show what he is experiencing and have diagnostic equipment installed on his truck.

      We are adding to our last complaint. We had our vehicle was serviced. 12/26/2023 for two problems and we are still having issues with our cruise control working all the time. This will be the third time we had this issue addressed. Forest Lake Chevrolet worked on it the first time; we are really upset about having our car in the shop this much. People need to be informed about Merit Chevrolet's service department and be aware of the fact they lack professionalism and fixing things on the first visit. My wife has a health condition, and we need a dependable vehicle and only want what we deserve!! We want to be safe on busy highways. People are driving faster now more than ever and it it's very important. to be able to keep proper speed. We are very loyal customers and have bought many vehicles over the years from Chevrolet, this puts a big hole in future purchases from them. Please be careful on who you purchase from and always fight for your rights!! Thanks for posting this!!! P.S. This problem goes back to 09/14/2023.

      We brought our car in on 09/14/2023 at 7:25 a.m. with a problem due to our car not turning off! We never got a call back and after 5 hours we called, and they said they didn't look at it yet! Two and a half hours later we called again, and they said they didn't, couldn't get the part in. We finally needed our car and demanded to pick it up. They then said they will order the part and it could take anywhere from 2 days to two weeks. Meanwhile we are now driving our car with not knowing if it will shut down or not when we arrive to our where we go it will shut down!! It is a 2022 and only has 9000 miles on it and under bumper-to-bumper warranty. We would have liked a called before all those hours were wasted to have our car. We are both retired and need a car. My wife has Parkinson's, and we depend on a good running car. We understand repairs take time but a phone call letting us know the part would need to be order would have been nice!!! I hope we can all learn from this!!
