    On 7/1/21 I brought my 2017 Q5 Audi in for repair with Richfield Audi in having the 4 tires rotated on this car. The car has 54K on it and this dealership has done all the tire work and rotation on this car. I took pictures of each rims before the work was to be performed with no nicks on the rims. Attached you will seek rim damaged on that they did that day. I wanted dealership to replace rim since they damaged it and Jim Machemehl the Service Manager states that the damage on the rim was old when in fact it is not and the early pics show NO damage. He didn't even want to look at my pics and stated that they will not pay for a new rim. I'm requesting replacement of new rim for this car and a result of sloppy technician work.

    2009 Audi was stolen had my key fob token brought a new key from the store off 394 Audi paid $400 bucks came back to pick up keys but they never put in my order so I waited another 2 week finally got the keys went to Richfield to have them programme key that stated they couldn’t because truck set to long without battery charge and it would be $3500 for new computer.which still might be the problem to fix.Not to mention I had to wait another week until the technician got back from a family funeral.SO 4 weeks go by until I refuse to go any further came to pick up my keys an ask if I can come the weekend to retrieve my truck. But when came to pick it was towed out saying for abandoned I just bought my truck a paid for a new key. How is that abandoned I am very disappointed with how I was treated.But Profile is all I can say
