Refund & Exchange Policy:Equipment Warranty:
The manufacturer's warranty will be applied to any equipment purchased from Voice Solutions. Equipment found to be defective within the warranty time frame will be replaced at no cost to the client. Voice Solutions will pay standard ground shipping for the replacement equipment; any expedited shipping fees will be the responsibility of the client.
Defective equipment is defined as, hardware failure; it does not include equipment damaged by the client network, dropped equipment, liquid or dust/dirt damage, or natural disasters.
Warranty does not extend to any parts and labor which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring (not our own), improper installation (not our own), and movement of product from initial position.
Equipment Return Policy:
Client is required to return all equipment replaced with new equipment within 30 days of installation completion or the client will be charged for the replacement equipment. Voice Solutions will provide a prepaid return label for the client to send the equipment back.
Upon cancellation all equipment owned by Voice Solutions must be returned within 30 days of cancellation of service or the client will be charged. Voice Solutions will provide a prepaid return label for the client to send the equipment back.
Equipment pre-approved by Voice Solutions to be returned for a credit must be sent back, in working order, within 60 days of agreement.
Installation and all work performed by a Voice Solutions hired technician will be warranted until termination of service with Voice Solutions. Upon notification of a technical issue, Voice Solutions will work with the client to troubleshoot and solve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved a technician (hired by Voice Solutions) will be sent at no cost to the client during normal business hours. Client's that need a technician before or after regular business hours or on weekends will have to pay the additional fees incurred.
Voice Solutions is not responsible for installations completed by a non-Voice Solutions hired technician.
Warranties are null and void if client's account is not in good standing with Voice Solutions. Payment must be made prior to any replacement equipment or technicians being sent out. Voice Solutions will notify client of any past due balance.
