AAA Movers charged me for a $50 deposit and then $497 for a small 2-hour move. The estimated time of arrival was between 8am-10am and the movers did not arrive until 9:50am. They finished around 11:15am. Once everything was settled up and they leave, I don't notice until later that an additional $96.66 charge was made. I call my customer contact person and they say they will look into it and call me back. They never call me back. I call again and they go over the invoice for the move saying that it took 2 hrs. 30 mins. This was not true. So the same customer care person says they will look into it and call me back, and they never call me back. I call again in the next morning and they say the case is being passed to Finances and they give me a number to this other person's direct line. They claim the finance person will call me. They never call me, so I call this number and it's disconnected. I call again and reach a different customer care person. They say that the first customer care person probably gave me the wrong number like that's a common mistake. This new person files a complaint and gives me the "correct" number for the finances office and transfers me but nobody answers. I call the new number and its also disconnected. The next day I receive an email from the Finance person quoting me the wrong time again. This has been such a headache to deal with this company. I'm already in a stressful situation with this move and I deeply regret hiring this company. Once they take your money it's nothing but incompetence and stress.
