              This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with a business. We made the appointment to repair our oven(a thermador). The appointment was two weeks out. The repair man showed up and told us it was the mother board and it would be 3 weeks before he could come back and replace it. He came back and replaced it. And that was not the problem and then he pulled out another circuit board and said that was the problem and it would be another 2 weeks before he could return. He did not return on the scheduled appointment day and we called and they said he would be out the next day. He did not show up the next day and D and T appliance said he could come out in 2 more weeks. I will never use this company again. It is almost 2 months and they have done nothing.

              We're sorry you weren't satisfied with your service. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has caused an unprecedented amount of service requests and we do our best to keep up. On August 5th, our Factory Authorized Thermador technician diagnosed the issue with your range, ordered parts, and scheduled a return visit on August 23rd. During the return visit, the technician went out to install parts and determined additional parts were needed. We scheduled an additional visit for September 15th to install these parts. However, the technician called in sick, and with our health and safety protocols to keep our customers and employees safe, he could not work that day. Since all of our other technicians had full schedules, we offered our soonest available appointment on October 1st, but you refused the appointment and cancelled service. We were able to locate a technician willing to do service on Saturday the 18th, but we were not given an opportunity to offer the appointment.
