            This business gave me horrible service. They took an order for a t shirt that was meant to be a gift that was listed as available. The anticipated time to deliver the order was 1-2 weeks. The order was never shipped. Finally after three weeks I reached out to see where my order was. I was told that the product that was listed as available on the website was actually not available and the seller had the audacity to blame me for buying something that was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was refused and was told by the buyer that I would receive a refund if they didn't receive any of this particular shirt on their next shipment. Almost a month went by and I never heard anything or received a refund. Finally I reached out a second time about my order and my money was refunded. This is over two months from the original order. I would just like to warn other buyers about using this company. I have no doubt that there are many people that just forget to keep following up on their orders and they just pocket the money.

            When the buyer made the purchase, he was aware it would take 15 Business Days to process, and ship the order. On the 10th business day I became aware that the product was delayed in being printed and would not ship in the timeframe given. I then sent the buyer an email letting him know his order was going to be delayed, and that it would ship as soon as it could. 2 weeks later buyer asked what was going on with his order. I replied it was still in process, but I had 2 similar designs I could send right away, so he wouldn't have to wait any longer. When the buyer asked for a refund, we issued it. Our supply chain has been severely disrupted over the past year, but we always make it right whenever we're unable to fulfill an order, Most especially staying in constant contact with the buyer through every step of the way. We have been in business over 20 years and are able to stay here due to our honesty and integrity. We don't keep anyone's money if we are unable to fulfill an order.
