The date of transaction, contract signed 04/13/2022. the amount paid to contractor *********************** and ******************* was for $15,545.83 in a check from **************** Mutual. We called and texted many times. Initially they answered phone and said taratone frame color bronze glass was unusual and was hard to order. I called again and ****** at Hail Pro, said they had a new windows department. Later that week I texted to cancel the order, and get refund. Since then 2 weeks no response. My husband *** e-mailed Hail Pro ******************* owner March 10 2023 to ask when project will start, updates on windows or any other updates. No calls or emails to me. Also reached out to *********************** March 30 2023 with e mail stating that he wanted us to sign second contract to get started and we gave him all the money we received from Western National,4-13-2022 in good faith. I spoke to ******************* on my lawn last year as he was completing a roof replace across the street at *****************. He looked me in the eye and said we are working on it.hard to get color. Western National is aware of the delay from Hail Pro . If Hail Pro cannot get windows or impossible to get we do not want to go around and around messaging with no response after ***************************************** service. We are requesting a full refund.
