              United Healthcare sent me a letter addressed to me, with my name and address when I opened it, it was a health insurance card for ***************************** who is employed by ***** foods. I called the number on the back of this insurance card to report the privacy compromised and was told its a known issue, and was asked for my member ID and told her department doesnt handle my insurance group. I told her I was reporting the problem, and had to ask what to do with the card. I asked if I should cut it up and throw it away, the representative said to do that before we ended the call. When I went to work a few days later, my manager had the same thing happen to her , but it was a health insurance card for someone who works for ************* Im highly disappointed that United Healthcare has not sent out letters informing its members that they have sent out several insurance cards to the wrong people. I do not feel they are handling it appropriately.
