date of service 10/5/2021 cost $ 550 The invoice indicated it covered "taxes, clean up, install". Well, the group that arrived, not only did they install each drain spout haphazzordly, hanging over the edging, cut unever. Had them redo that, but they left behind 5 large pieces of sharp cutter items. They raced to complete. This after receiving poor and inaccruate communication about when they would be out.. I emailed the individual that is the only point of contact to the company and told him about the sharp items left behind (large!). He said sorry, thats it. I emailed their company mailbox indicated on the invoice and the one received in email - **************************** once I reeived their offical invoice and asked they financial accomodate that fact that they DIDN"T clean up. The left sharp items all in walking areas and where our dogs frequent, including the public sidewalk. I gave the company a week to reply, to which they didn't. I was a repeat customer as well. They had every chance to make this right. I paid the bill in full after never hearing back and let them know I would submit this. Completely unprofessional. I paid for a service I DIDN'T receive!
