Honest, reliable, attentive to EVERY detail during an extensive exterior remodel to my Lake home. Jayson was not only present every day during this two month project he did a large amount of the work himself! Jayson kept me up to date on a daily basis with the progress of my project & he LISTENED to me thru the entire project. Jayson is extremely attentive to every detail, especially the cost of everything & he is a great communicator which I SO appreciated. The crew was courteous, cleaned up every day before leaving & were fun to work with! My project turned out beautifully & was well within my budget & matched Jayson's estimates to a tee! I highly recommend "JBS Builders" & Jayson ***** for any project, you will be happy with the end result without a doubt.

Terrible General Contractor, he doesn't keep track of your money spent, so you don't know if you are over budget or not. We said we could only go up to a certain amount, we were over one project by $30,000 and he didn't even know it was when we confronted him. The work done by his workers is not good. Doors that don't close right, trim on outside windows don't match up to windows, trim on garage doors ripple. If I could attach pictures, I would. I wouldn't even give a 1 star but they system makes you chose one.

Only bad review in 12 years sorry they made a bunch of change orders and were well aware of rising material costs for there projects were doing punchlist items and were threatened by home owners so had to leave for our safety just a bad experience for me

We told him a certain amount we could only go up to when we signed and he agreed, and he did not watch the spending. The other project he was over by double charging us for cement. He then lied and said he had another bill he found for cement. We checked with cement company and there wasn't another bill. He said he would give us a copy of it which he never did. There is no excuse for shabby work. Also, we did not threaten him. We have proof of that on our Ring video camera. He was there trying to adjust the doors which he could not do right. He said we were slamming doors which was just opening and closing the door that he could not fix. We listen to that sound every day and have other doors that don't close right. He tried blaming it on the manufacture but we had the company rep out and there wasn't anything wrong with the doors Also, on the video is him leaving and him agreeing to provide us with the invoice that he lied about and also saying he would give us the invoices from his company which he never did. Not an honest person.
