Terrible. Scott, in particular. Now I know why they had openings so much sooner than others. He is terrible at communicating and made a really hard thing to do much harder and caused us a lot of stress. He seemed to not know what he was doing. I have attended many funerals and the way he was saying how things should be done, which rooms etc was infuriating. We wanted a visitation for at least 100 people for 2 hours, immediately followed by a brief memorial service . First he is talking about the visitation being in the chapel because they “don’t want to have to move everything “. That’s your job! You can’t have 100 people visiting in pews, nor in the small area in the front. I had explain that I expected a larger room, couches and chairs around the perimeter then move to the chapel for the service. He seemed confused by this request. We also wanted to supply coffee, bottled water and some cookies. He said they would have to charge more for us to bring those , fine with us. Then proceeded to say how they would set that up another room on the other side. Kept saying “logistically “, yes logistically what he was suggesting made no sense! So I have no idea how badly is going to butcher our wishes. I even had to tell him we would just move my dad’s urn ourselves if it was such a big deal. Never using the Eden Prairie location again!
