Aaron was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to us as he was doing the cleaning and made sure we understood how the process worked. With two young kids and three large dogs we are very happy with how clean our carpet looks. It looks almost brand new! We will definitely be calling them for all our future needs!

Very dissatisfied. We had a pipe burst in the basement. They sounded so good in the beginning, told me they would do the whole project from start to finish, and that it would happen in 3 steps. Tore everything out and left nails sticking out of all the 2x4s. They had some people grind my basement ********* unsealed rough concrete. The insurance paid them for the first part, then when it came to reconstruction, they just dropped the project. They would not even tell me why. Now when I try to hire other companies, and send they pictures.they tell me how unprofessional Green Clean was, how they did not do anything correctly. I feel so lied to, and taken advantage of. I wish my insurance did not pay them until it was done. Dont believe anything they tell you.

Thank you for providing this feedback. Your experience highlights the fact that we need to do a better job and communicating that we are not able to take on rebuild projects for all clients. We would note that your Insurance loss is handled as 2 separate transactions 1. Cleanup/Demo 2. Rebuild . This allows the client and the company to choose the right fit. Obviously we needed to do a better job at communicating that to you. Unfortunately in your case it was not a good fit. As we mentioned on the phone we are more than happy to provide referrals that handle that 2nd portion of the project. You can also reach out your insurance company for vendor referrals as well.As for the cleaning/demo (work completed by our company) portion if there are remaining issues (like nails that need to be pulled), to be addressed we are more than happy to take care of those for you. As for the the concrete floor, which was the hazardous material abatement portion of the project and not completed by our company. If there are issues with the abatement that will need to handled through the company that performed those services. I again want to thank you for the feedback. We are take your input seriously and will take every step to ensure this situation does not happen in the future.

Your quick response is noted, however, as your website states (and you now speak against, calling into question false advertising), that you handle projects start to finish. I was told was a 3 step process, 1) remediation, 2) demo, and 3) reno. You hired a 3rd party company to grind my cement floors and caused substantial damages to my cement floor. Running from a botched job does not make you look good in the industry. Me calling in new companies and showing them the nails in the 2x4s, the debris left in the yard, and the gouged cement floors.it is now on your insurance company to make me whole. Even now you cannot provide a clear response as to what your issue is. Had you simply said, you cannot do the floors and found a 3rd Party to do them or asked me to, that would have been normal behavior. But to have a young person take one look at the cement floors you damaged.and then run, rather than fixing what you damaged, thats why you are getting a bad review. My review stands. The public needs to know to NOT pay your company until ALL the work is completed.

What a great company Green Clean is! They did mold remediation for water damage to a room as well as the reconstruction. Excellent employees. Very knowledgeable and professional. The teams all did excellent work, I would never choose anyone else, I wish they did remodeling work without having damahe first. Their work was so well done, and they were great communicators, too.
