Horrible company, take money from customers, dont complete jobs. Dont care about their employees or their subs. The worst!

Replaced roof two years ago. Iron clad guarantee, we were told. They ran out of shingles half way through, so had to come back to finish.******** have buckled each spring since; this had never before happened over the 30 years we have owned the house. Have promised to look at problems many times since and just finally came out. They have denied any responsibility thus far, but I am waiting to hear if they will take any.

Built some multi family homes for them and some highly known ***************** and they didn't follow through with contract and owe almost 70,000$ in labor fees. Absolutely horrendous company and owne *********** chandonnet

AWFUL company. They don't care about their customers or their employees. They'll rob anyone of their money without any care. They bailed out of state leaving employees and subcontractors unpaid. They don't even have the decency to pay what they owe these employees and subcontractors or even answer them. Do NOT do business with this greedy terrible company.

Leave a star rating? A one is too high a rating. Horrible customer service and I don't trust them to perform any home remodeling needs. I signed a contract with them on January 11, 2022, to replace my home's windows & doors, and replace my roof. Their sales representative said it would be 4-6 months due to shortages. That was agreeable to me. Around July 2022, I began calling for an update. There was no response for a month. Later I discovered the sales rep is no longer with the company but was given a new contact. Why did they not contact me to inform me? During August and September 2022, I called for updates, but the new contract only gave excuses. They stopped responding in October 2022. I decided upon a face-to-face meeting and I drove to the address printed on their business card but at that location, there was no Chando Construction but a physical therapy business. I discovered a 2nd business address and drove to that location only to discover a vacant building with a for lease sign in front. Thankfully, there was no money paid in advance, due to contract terms. Upon the advice of my attorney, I sent two certified letters stating that Chando Construction has not adhered to the terms of the contract and the contract is voided as of December 31, 2022. On January 17, 2023, I received a call from their alleged office manager wanting to know why I sent a certified letter and what was in it. Her excuse was the company is overwhelmed with work and had a lot of personnel changes, and my order fell through the cracks. I repeated that Chando Construction has horrible customer service! Although it's not needed I would like a written statement from Chando Construction acknowledging the contract is terminated. I'm waiting. I recommend avoiding Chando Construction for any home remodeling needs.

They are ignoring me. Incomplete service. They should not be BBB accredited.
