In February 2011, the current owners of Cedar Valley Exteriors purchased back the company assets which they had sold to a private equity group in 2008 operating under the name Cedar Valley Exteriors, LP. In doing so, they did not take the liabilities incurred by the former owners, including consumer complaints. However, the current owners have, in the opinion of the BBB, made a good faith effort to attempt to resolve consumer issues incurred by the former owners, and is honoring all warranties.
