First time ever visiting Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel. I wanted a short weekend away and booked a 2 queen room (10/13/2023) I was excited and looking forward to it but was unfortunately very disappointed. The room I got had dirty used sheets on both beds. The stains were yellow and red and placed right where someone's bottom might be.. also the bathtub was dirty nothing looked like it had been very cleaned. I called down to the front desk and a women answered the phone when I told her all she said was she would send up house keeping to change the sheets. When the housekeeper got to the room she told me it was high school students working and "you know how they are." She also told me she still had five other rooms to clean and was in a hurry. She informed me that they had run out of fitted sheets and so she would put a regular top sheet on the beds because they wouldn't have anymore until morning. Seems housekeeping is very short staffed and worked until burnout. (Higher boss responsibility and the one to blame) I felt bed for the poor housekeeper. I went to the front desk and explained my frustration with everything considering I paid a good amount of money and would expect to have a room that's clean enough to sleep in comfortably. The man at the front desk told me that it could be very possible they had run out of fitted sheets and there was not much they could do. He said he could offer me a new room but it would be in smoking i also paid extra $25 dollars for a one hour late check out and he said he would take off the charge. It was 2am at this point and I just told him I would take it because I didn't want the conscious of knowing I'm sleeping in a dirty room and bed. Just hope other paying customers aren't sleeping in untouched dirty rooms.

WARNING! You are not guaranteed any of the money you win at this casino. They are criminals. If they decide they don’t want to pay you, you will not get your money. To ensure that people are treated fairly and respectfully there are rules and regulations put in place with both the state and federal government. Unfortunately, none of these regulations are actually followed and you will be treated unfairly and disrespectfully. Meaning that when you step inside that place you are at the mercy of the tribe and whatever their employees decide at the time. The refused to pay me a $13,000 jackpot that I rightfully won on a slot machine claiming that it wasn’t my jackpot because my friend had hit the spin button, even though I was the one sitting in front of the machine. That “rule” is completely made up, not written anywhere, and is being used so that they do not have to pay people the money they rightfully win. There are real rules and regulations, that are written and agreed to by Mystic lane casino, in place that protect anyone playing and ensure that if you win, you will actually receive the money you win. Those rules state, “the player who hits the collect button is the owner of that money.” No where is it stated that the player who hits the spin button is then the rightful owner of the winnings. Sean, the slot floor supervisor that was working Friday night on 5/28/2021, is rude, cruel and on a power trip. He made a mockery of mystic lake casino and the tribe as a whole. He is uninformed and uneducated *** *** ******* ******** *** ** ****** If mystic lake wants to maintain an amicable relationship with its players as well as the government, they need to immediately get rid of this man. Mystic Lake Casino, I am now your biggest issue and worst nightmare. Refusing to pay a player what they rightfully won for no reason is the worst decision that could have been made. It was a measly $13,000 payout that is now going to cost you exponentially more.
