              I ordered checks that included fraud protection (which was an additional cost per check). We had a fraudulent check get cleared from our account for thousands of dollars. We had just ordered an entire new set of 500 checks that now all had the old account number on them. Deluxe only gave us $100 credit towards a new order and would not return or reimburse the previous order that I had place about a month prior, and had not used a single check. They claim to have some fraud protection, which was basically nothing. They also claim to have 100% satisfaction guarantee, which was not the case. I spoke to a supervisor who told me I would have to forfeit the $100 credit on a new order if I was not happy with the previous order. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

              I order cheq book from them on 4th May and today is 30th May we haven't received the cheq book when I called them they have no clue about it that what happened with it .They said they will replace it but won't expedite it is not their responsibility , we are a convenience store and have to write cheq everyday and won't receive it for another 10 days whi h is hurting our business but they don't care and bank won't help also

              If i could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for bags with this company on 5/22/22 for an event we are having on 6/27/22. I was advised that the bags were backordered until 5/30 but was assured that we had plenty of time to make sure my order arrived on time. The back ordered bags arrived at the manufacturer and were sent for printing. I double checked the order again on 6/7/22 to make sure we being printed and that we were still on schedule to have them before our event. Again assured they would arrive on time (and that assurance came with an attitude from the sales rep). I was told that the bags left the manufacturer on 6/22 on the noon truck (UPS shows the label wasn't generated until 10 on 6/22.) They even changed the deliver on my order to 2day air. I reached out to UPS to change delivery to pickup on Monday morning and they charged be an additional fee for each box. Here we are on 6/25, the bags have shipped but they went from Jacksonville FL to Orlando FL heading to Philadelphia and then to MD. Needless to say UPS tracking shows that my bags will not be delivered until 6/27 at 7pm. Our event will be over. We are a Sports Boosters organization at a High School and have placed a lot of orders with this company in the past. Not anymore. We will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out.

              Total rip off. 180 Fusion was an awesome company. I used their services for 4 years until Deluxe absorbed them and then the service went real bad instantly. I finally gave up on them in January, discontinuing service with them only to find out that they have continued to charge my card for February, March and now April. I filed a dispute with my bank but be forewarned, this company is HORRIBLE.

              They scammed me! I placed and order months ago. It said in production. Naturally, I assumed it was due to supply chain. When I emailed, they said it’s too late and they can’t help me??? What? They didn’t ship the order complete and want to blame me!!!! That is fraud. That is deception.

              Placed an order with this company weeks ago. The event is on Saturday. Was never notified of any delay, but order still shows in-process. Called the company today, and after over 40 minutes on hold, was told by a supervisor that she would email the plant to check on the status and get back to me within 48 hours. Not hopeful at all that these will be here in time for the event, so now I have to scramble to find a replacement last minute. Avoid this company and find one who cares about their customers.

              One star is too much for this company. They deserve a zero star and we will also be filing a complaint. We have been a Vertical Response Account for over 10 years. We pay each month for service and support and get NONE of it! There is now no live chat, not even a phone number to call! There is ONE MAN running the whole entire company and he clearly is drowning - Terri Rollins is the only person who we have ever spoken to and he said the only number is his personal cell #. We pay $500 a MONTH for ESP service and we can never get help, our emails are all bounced and nobody ever around to help us get anything out. 10 years we have paid them over 30k and we get ZERO assistance, support or even response. I don't know what happen to the company (Vertical response or the parent company Deluxe) but spend your money elsewhere because it is either a complete scam or just a unprofessional one man show ready to explode.
