Insisted on delivering our building before we were ready, to save money because they had others to deliver in the area, even though we told them we weren’t ready for it. Therefore, it sat for almost 2 years. Cost us $1,000+ to move it to our building site. Shipped the doors early too, which weren’t correct. Had to pay almost $1,000 to store them. Wrote on the agreement an amount for putting it up. This ended up being $7,600 more than quoted. I feel like once they made the sale, they didn’t care about us. Didn’t even know we had insulation as part of our agreement when we were ready to put it up. Slow to return phone calls. Feel like we were lied to about the installation cost just to make the sale.

Bought a steel building from bison and paid for install upfront. 2 years later my building is still in pieces rusting on the ground and they are putting us off on the install another winter. What a joke

I purchased my building from Bison the summer of 2020 and it was delivered to my door in Sept. of 2020. I then had permitting issues with the county, (after they ok'd my permit) as well as issues with getting a quality concrete company for the foundation. Fast forward to today, almost two years later, it's finally up! John was there to answer questions, provided me engineered concrete plans that the county was quite anal about, worked directly with the county and helped with any issues that happened to arise. With the cost increase of everything, John even took care of the increase of the insulation at today's price over the 2020 cost I had already paid for! He also provided me info. for the construction co. that knows steel buildings to put the building up and they did a fantastic job. Bison Steel Buildings was great to work with and Nicole kept me updated through e-mails/messages.....John I can't thank you enough! If you're reading this and plan on putting up a steel building, don't be afraid to call on John, Nicole and Bison Steel Buildings! I have already referred Bison to my friends and neighbors should they decide to put up a building. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!!

We've had our building for 4 years now. Couldn't be happier. Used for commercial winery. Great service. Great people.
