So beginning of May 2021 I was told about precision tune and took my vehicle over to get serviced for a catalytic converter. At this point I didn’t tell them I had my car checked and new the problems that was going on. So day 3 of them having my car they call me with a whole new array of problems my vehicle never had before. I tell them to fix everything on the car I want to give it to my daughter as her first car. So they tell me about 2500 dollars of work need to be put in the car. He told me my car was leaking oil something no one ever said. Let me say I have not one oil leak or spot in my garage and parked there for 5 years. But I’m no mechanic what do I know so I tell them to fix everything I don’t want to see no lights don’t want to hear no noise. So they agree to fix it all for me. Now the lady in the front she half mechanic and half secretary I’m not too sure at this point but she don’t know to much but talks to you like u don’t know anything. So she tells me car is done first time and we ready to go. So I go pay her my 2400 only too drive 5 blocks and service engine light pop right back on. This is after my vehicle has been at the shop for about 5 days at this point. So they take it back and give me a whole new set of problems that my car has but the service engine light was only reset. Also was hearing a knocking from the tire axel but they never found that either. So after two weeks of them still not being able to find out the problem the manager tells me if it comes back on he will send it over to Chevy to find out what exactly is wrong with it. They send it to Chevy and Chevy tell them rocker arm. They decline to get it fixed and tell me they brought it back to the shop and installed the rocker arm themselves and I was good to go. By the time I get there the shop is closed but I’m able to retrieve my vehicle and payed them over the phone an additional 649 dollars for a charcoal canister and they supposedly did the rocker arm for free since at this point I done been too there shop over 4 times and the car still isn’t fixed 3000 dollars later. Also I’m paying for my own rental during this time which now has ran up to 3 weeks now going. The lady tells me at the front desk that Chevy tells her that if the light comes back on then it’s a computer problem. False. They removed my name of my Chevy account and email address so that Chevy wouldn’t be able to contact me directly. They clearly as identified on the paper denied service for the rocker arm. I take the car to Chevy and they tell me they never changed the rocker arm. The lady tell me I’m confused that the variable timing sensor and rocker arm is the same thing just a different name. Now at this point I’m starting to boil because this is a whole month later and my vehicle is now overheating but the original reason I took it in never got solved we only netted more problems. So I took the car to tires for less they found that the cv axel and my struts and motor mount had been damaged. I regularly do my check ups so I know none of these was a problem before but I fix it there never tell precision tune about it but kept the receipts. Once it’s done third I take it back to precision tune to let them know they missed all these problems on my vehicle and that Chevy tells me the rocker arm never been replaced. So I tel Chevy to proceed with the work because at this point I’m not going back over there again for the 7 time. Like if u couldn’t be the problem right not one time then something is wrong. So I take the receipt from Chevy over there to show them they did not change the rocker arm to first they tried to lie and say they did it. Then they say they made a mistake it was a cam sensor in which they did. Wait hold up but I declined Chevy service of the rocker arm and told me that u did. It. They said they made a mistake and thought Chevy was taking about a cam sensor. Wtf. Ok so cool all I need is the money for the rocker arm I just payed and labor Chevy had to do 497 of the additional 943 I just paid to Chevy on top of the 3k I just gave y’all to fix absolutely nothing. I ask the man to honor that his lady told me one thing but did another. They didn’t have our receipts or paperwork tried to call Chevy as he leaves to go have her secret conversation with them just lying about everything she’s saying. The guy is sitting in his car for 30 minutes as she is texting him about what’s going on I ask can I talk to him she says he’s busy. I wait 10 minutes and then goes to his car window and ask him to come in so I can explain what’s going on and what they missed. They tell me they thought they did that but their sorry it was a mistake on their part but would not honor and pay the difference. Really after 3k and the original reason I came in is still not solved. Drive off from their shop and my car overheats. Goes to Chevy and they tell me they put a small catalytic converter on my car and they think it’s making my car over heat. So at this point car still not in my possession and it’s been a month and a half already and I’m out of 5k with the same problems. Please stay away from them they are crooks and robbers
