              We bought a used car from Walser Nissan Wayzata. Their big claim is that every used car goes through their recon center before being sold to ensure that everything is fixed and ready. We were sold a car with metal on metal brakes and had to replace the front and rear breaks after buying it. We also had to replace the axels. We have spent over $5,000 in repairs for a car we owned for less than 2 months because these issues were hidden from us when sold. We went back to them asking for them to pay for these repairs as they were not honest with the state the car was in and lied about it going through the recon center. This car was never looked at or fixed. They paid us $1,000 and were hesitant to even do that. Slimey salesmen and dishonest.

              Bought a used car from here, unfair prices, the car is having issues within a week and I want nothing more than to return it. The only option is to exchange it and if I do I get no return window, no warranty, no option to exchange again, nothing. I just have to hope that what I'm getting will work.

              I bought my car from Walser about 2 years ago and bought an extended warranty. I’ve been bringing it here with any problems I’ve had. I used to get amazing service and they treated me great. Recently things have changed, my warranty is almost up and I had my vehicle leak a whole bunch of fluid so we towed it in and they looked at it and told me it was just water leakage from the ac and that it was completely safe to drive. I asked if they checked my oil levels and coolant since that is what looked like was leaking and they said no but there’s no indication of it leaking it’s just water. So I take it back and the second time I drove it I was on the freeway with my baby and it started overheating the oil then the coolant started overheating, I almost didn’t make it off the freeway before my car just stopped working. I then brought it back to Walser and they and showed them a picture of the coolant and the oil in the coolant. They said they were sorry and they would look at it right away the next day. We were told by multiple people after that to take it to a different mechanic because they were not taking us seriously. The next day we came back to Walser to tow it to a different mechanic and my car wasn’t at the dealership anymore. They brought it to a completely different place unrelated to Walser without informing/asking me. I was very disappointed with them.

              Walser is going down a bad path. I held this place to high standards as I used to be employed at walser nissan, but I had the most horrible customer service that has sealed my future dealings with walser. On February 2nd I reserved a test drive from home as I was highly interested in the suv and would have loved to purchase a car from comfort of my own home. February 3rd arrived and was excited to see the car at 9am. I received a text that appointment would be delayed to 10 am which was ok. But then again was missed not sure what happened . I gave them a 3rd chance and rescheduled a Monday but was able to stop in on Friday. I called walser at 9:23am to notify I would be stopping by between 2-3pm. Upon arriving no one had relayed the message. I was finally introduced to a sales man and he went to get suv for test drive. It took longer than usual I would say I waited 20-30 mins as bmw was being held off-site. Once bmw arrived I did a quick test drive but upon my inspection I found many issues. [ ] Oil smell turbo line/seal leak [ ] Driver door panel broken [ ] Front Driver & passenger seat back loose moves 1 inch forward and back [ ] Tailgate motor inop [ ] Fan control button worn off [ ] Sun roof does not open [ ] Parking brake inoperable [ ] Driver side seat heater works for 5 seconds then turns off (New seat) [ ] Max a/c button inoperable [ ] Start button worn Either one of two things happened here, reconditioning tech did not do a thorough inspection or walser is selling cars in this condition under as-is clause. Now that I mentioned all these items I was willing to pay an out the door price $4000 less than asking but I was advised they will not change the price and the only thing they would fix was the tail gate motor. This is a double standard as if I brought a trade in this condition they would not offer price even close to what they are asking. Few days later car is completely gone from any website.

              Reps are very, rude, inpatient, does not explain, did not have patience with letting me know about my policy and I will never buy from Walser again!
