    I purchased a vehicle on 09/20/2021 and upon test driving the vehicle we heard some noise we asked the sale guy what it was he said it was the breaks and that it needs tires we said okay we asked was there any major issues other then that he said no this is a good running car for the price upon driving the car home and making it halfway the car began to slow down and decrease speed and we were nearly ran off the road because the vehicle would not pick up speed we called and spoke with the guy who sold us the vehicle and he said we bought it as is this is a safety issue and we were nearly killed on the highway trying to make it home.

    Nov/2022 Coolant Leak repair by Superior Ford – LH Turbo Coolant lines replaced cost 3k. Mar/2023 brought truck back to Superior Ford for coolant leak again, 8am service appointment did not hear back from Service Advisor, messaged SA back at 12:13 p.m, he indicated he was working on the estimate, Messaged SA at 2:06 p.m SA still working on the estimate, called the dealership at 4:00 p.m. finally spoke to SA and he indicated the LH Turbo leaking coolant through the front into KAK tubes and dripping down needs new LH Turbo and filters estimate was for about 5-6k which did include two other minor issues. Declined service and requested truck back 3/28 @ 4:57PM. Finally got the repair estimate bill of .6k and got my Ford F-150 back the next day at 2pm. This was more than just bad customer service!

    Our apologies for the slow response on *********** estimate. It certainly should go faster than that. We were short staffed this week and things were taking a little longer than ususal to process.

    Superior Ford does not warranty their repairs for one year or ****** miles which is typically what most repair shops do. They repaired a coolant leak in the ** Turbo in November-2022 before we left for *******, within 2k miles we were losing coolant again. As soon as we returned from ******* in March-2023 we brought the truck back to Superior Ford and they indicated that there was a different issue causing the coolant loss with the ** Turbo, the total miles I put on the truck was 5.6k. Declined service because Superior Ford did not repair my truck correctly the first time.

As soon as we returned from ******* in March-2023 we brought the truck back to Superior Ford and they indicated that there was a different issue causing the coolant loss with the ** Turbo, the total miles we put on the truck was 5.6k. Repair was declined because the coolant leak was not correctly diagnosed/repaired in November-2022 and there was no warranty on that work.
