    I own a certified Ford Fusion 2015 that I purchased in 2018. After a few months driving the car I noticed the car having many sudden issues. Sometime last year I had to jump start my car in my garage & the car has not been the same since- dashboard lights all on, power steering all of sudden not working, car does not properly accelerate. We visited this location & they have been extremely rude & not willing to help. They did not have a willingness to help nor any amount of empathy but had the ability to ask for expensive fee's & diagnostic fees while car still under warranty. We then went to there location in Minnetonka where car was purchased & we were very hopeful as they had said they would fix an engine issue for us. After having the car for a week they fixed a very small issue (ticking noise) of the car while the car is flooded with severe & unsafe driving issues still. They took our time, energy, money and effort without any remorse. They treated us like we weren't people at all.

    The red flag that stuck out to me initially was I asked them to check my headlight cause my boyfriend had mentioned it was out. I called and asked if they could take a look at that. The lady on the phone made me feel stupid, saying “they would have caught that during the diagnosis”. I went “I don’t think it would just ‘go away’. If they could check again, that would be awesome”. She said she would let them know. Sure enough; they missed it, they added it to my tab and I had to get a new headlight. I passed it off as some honest mistake, and I was pretty cool about everything else. I also asked them to check my brakes. I go to pick up my car, I ask about the brakes specifically as well and they said that they looked good and I was all good. I got in my car, I drove, and my brakes were still making the same noise as usual (which is a very LOUD noise when driving, I’ve rolled down my window and it almost sounds like something is scraping/grinding and I also have ALWAYS needed to use a lot of force when using my brakes). In short, my breaks gave out on me. They’re done. I asked them to look and either they didn’t and they lied to me or they did but they didn’t look hard enough. If I got hurt or died when driving home 2 nights ago; I would sue. This is absolutely ABSURD given the amount of money I paid to them originally. "Grinding sound" sounds like a serious enough sound to maybe check more in depth to figure out if it is a safety concern. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a car dealership who specializes in Mazda cars and they let my breaks fail, when I had a hunch they were failing. This needs to fixed and comped. My car is 30 minutes away from my house. It has to be towed. Why should I pay for this tow when I JUST took it in to get fixed? Now my boyfriend and I have to take off work to get this figured out. Mazda, you messed up. I’m not paying for your mistake. Be thorough. This was a safety hazard. There has been no help since, just a $4,000 receipt.
